A linear model of take, make, waste means that our industry loses valuable financial and environmental assets. By exploring circular business models, we can make the most of every asset, and open up exciting new revenue streams while delighting consumers and radically cutting our impact.

Scale for good

Traditionally, the biggest businesses have had the largest negative impacts because of size. We’re turning that on its head to challenge ourselves - and prove to the world - that big can be good. We’ll use our scale to tackle big problems around water, workers and climate and shift the industry onto a sustainable path.

Transactional relationships with consumers are weak relationships. By connecting people (both our employees and consumers) with causes they are passionate about, we can develop relationships with people based on a shared sense of purpose.
